Clear boundaries for private study data.
This notice describes the release-one data model. Production contact and legal-entity details must be supplied from the launch register before publication.
What Semble processes
Account and agreement records, your selected Canvas connection and course identifiers, imported course material, generated exports and study artifacts, entitlement and payment status, and security or reliability metadata needed to operate the service.
Why and where
Data is used to provide the workspace, secure access, process your selected imports, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and diagnose the service. Providers process only the data needed for their role; course bodies, prompts, credentials, and payment payloads are excluded from product analytics and ordinary logs.
Retention and deletion
Temporary samples and one-off artifacts expire on their stated schedule. Subscription PDFs expire 35 days after they are built; private Storage links last five minutes. Account deletion immediately blocks sessions and credentials and queues owned database, blob, chunk, and embedding data for deletion. Limited billing, security, anti-abuse, and backup records may remain for their disclosed legal or technical retention period; routine restores must not resurrect a deleted account.
Your choices
You can inspect and update profile data, revoke Canvas access, delete individual courses, choose optional completion emails, and request account deletion from Account. Semble suppresses an optional email if the completed work remains open on your visible page. PDF-ready emails are transactional and are always sent after an export you request. Contact the production privacy address for access, correction, or complaint requests that cannot be completed in the product.
