Export Pass
If Semble cannot deliver the purchased export because of a service failure, request a manual review through the production support contact. Include the purchase date and safe Stripe receipt reference, never full card details. A refunded or disputed pass is revoked.
Study and Power
Manage cancellation in the Stripe Billing Portal from Account. Cancellation stops future renewal and starts the disclosed read-only grace period; it is different from an immediate refund. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable Australian consumer law.

Review the current inclusions and price on the pricing page. Taxes, currency display, invoice details, and final payment terms are shown by Stripe before confirmation.
